Cohen Brothers advises fund managers in raising capital for their investment funds and related transactions. It is a non independent agent remunerated by fund managers. Its activities are dedicated exclusively to professional or qualified or accredited investors, around the globe. Cohen Brothers does not offer its services to retail investors, unless they want to opt for professional investor status and satisfy all the conditions set by law.
Such activities are always limited to introduction, product promotion, relationship, and marketing. They exclude holding client cash or securities, underwriting of securities issues and providing legal, tax and accounting advice. In France, Cohen Brothers acts as a financial investment advisor towards investors.
